A leisure and boating estate on the Vaal Dam, off Ring Road at Vaal Marina: weekend houses, thatch and A-frames, lapas and shadeports, the jetties and the clubhouse, run by its owners. Permanent residence is not allowed.
Owners sign in with their unit number and a code sent to their email: statement, invoices, documents and building approvals.

332 stands on the water
Port o' Call began as a share block of 332 stands on the farm Koppiesfontein at the Vaal Dam. Since 2008 the stands have been converting one by one to sectional title, so the estate is run by two companies under one board.
The office looks after it
The onsite office sells gas and books house and boat cleaning, all on your unit's levy account. No cash or cards at the office: everything is paid into the bank.
